Driver License Testing Sites, Driver Licenses, Identification Cards, Motor Vehicle Registration
Description
Provides motor vehicle and other driver services such as renewals for operator and motorcycle licenses, permits, and non-driver ID cards; amendments to all types of licenses, permits, and non-driver ID cards; conversion of out-of-state licenses to NYS licenses; renewals of registrations; new plates for passenger and commercial vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles; amendments to registrations for all vehicle types; plate transfers from one vehicle to another for all vehicle types; and plate surrender services.

Permit & Escort Vehicle Tests: 8:30am-3:15pm.
CDL Testing: 8:30am-1pm.
Enforcement: 8:30am-11:30am.
REAL ID & EDL Transactions: 8:30am-4:30pm.
Dealer - Motorcycle, Plates, & Transporter: 8:30am-4:30pm.
Foreign Language Tests & Transactions Involving Immigration Documentation: 8:30am-11:30am & 2pm-3:30pm.

Walk in. Required documents vary according to service. Transactions that can be processed in-office include learner's permit tests, CDL tests, license renewals, license upgrades to Enhanced or Real ID, and enforcement transactions.
