Description
Outpatient program including alcohol and drug counseling on a regular basis. Length of program is 6 months. Accepts former offenders with mental health issues. Works with New York State Parole.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; evening hours by appointment.
Eligibility
Persons with alcohol or substance use needs.
Service Area: Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Monroe and Genesee County.

Self-apply by phone, walk-in service, and agency referrals.
Program Fees
Sliding fees, Medicaid, Medicare, third party, and Managed Care.
