Description
Engages in community organizing, advocacy, and restorative justice practices to advance equity, repair harm, push for policy change, strengthen community connections, and create real second chances and spaces of healing for individuals and families impacted by the criminal legal system.
Offers Reentry Support to help individuals navigate the challenging transition from incarceration to community life by connecting them with resources, guidance, and a community that believes in their future.
Provides the WNY Second Chance Collective, a community space focused on restoring families and rebuilding lives after incarceration. Hosts Restorative Justice Circles where justice-impacted individuals and their family members have the opportunity to come together in a supportive environment to share experiences, heal, access resources, and build community with others who understand the journey of reentry. Meetings are held at Renovation Church, 567 Hertel Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14207 and Community Health Center, 34 Benwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14214 during the hours specified below.

Eligibility
Open to individuals who have experienced incarceration or been involved with the criminal legal system and their families.
Restorative Justice Circles are open to justice-impacted individuals and family members ages 16-99, from those recently returning home to those who have been navigating reentry for years.
