Programs that provide an opportunity for participants to study and discuss the doctrines and practices of Christianity, the religion that is based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ as described in the New Testament of the Bible. Included are classes and other forms of support for individuals who have made the decision to convert to Christianity and courses of instruction for young children in the doctrines of the faith as well as general Bible study groups.

Programs that provide an opportunity for participants to read and discuss religious scriptures or other sacred documents; to study historical places, events and cultures significant to the religion; to understand the doctrine of different religious orders; to engage in group prayer; and to discuss current moral and ethical issues within a religious context with the goal of understanding and deepening their own faith.
