Description
Provides individual Mental Health and Substance Use Counseling to adults ages 18 and up. In addition, also provides Medication Management, Peer Support Services, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (vocational/educational needs), Targeted Case Management, and Health Monitoring to meet the needs of the individual.
Hours
Monday-Thursday, 8am-8pm & Friday, 8am-4pm.
