Community Service Work Programs, Court Ordered Victim Restitution Services, Crime Victim Support, Intensive Supervision of Offenders, Pretrial Service Agencies, Protective/Restraining Orders

Description
Provides assistance to crime victims through the investigation, prosecution, and adjudication processes within the criminal justice system. Includes assistance with restitution claims, victim impact statements, Crime Victim Board applications, request and/or apply for an Order of Protection, and court accompaniment.

Oversees Offender programs to include Pre-Trial Release, Release Under Supervision, Risk Assessments, DWI Conditional Discharge, Ignition Interlock Conditional Discharge, and Community Service.


Hours
Regular hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

(Summer hours Memorial Day - Labor Day: 8am-4:30pm)
