Description
Operates two health centers on the Allegany and Cattaraugus Indian Territories that offer a full range of health services. Services include: medical, dental, optical, pharmacy, behavioral health, diabetes-related services, health outreach prevention and education, non-emergency medical transportation, and environmental and public health.
Referrals to other agencies are also available through Purchased Referred Care Services, and depend on eligibility criteria.

Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6pm.

Qualified Native Americans of Federally recognized tribes; call to determine eligibility.
