Description
* Due to COVID-19, services have moved temporarily from MHA to 320 Prather Avenue, Suite 100, Jamestown, NY 14701. Providing next-day delivery of Narcan to Jamestown, Falconer, and Lakewood; call 716-664-7885. *
The Evergreen Exchange provides:
- Clean syringes and injection works (cotton, caps, sterile water, etc)
- Safe disposal of used syringes
- Overdose Prevention Training (Narcan)
- HIV and HCV rapid testing
- Harm Reduction/Safer Injection Counseling
- Educational workshops
Syringe Exchange Programs have proven effective at reducing the transmission of blood-borne illness, especially HIV and Hepatitis C, among people who inject drugs. They are also a place where substance users can access other health services.
The Evergreen Exchange provides:

Walk in for most services. Call ahead to arrange for testing. Services are confidential.
Program Fees
All Syringe Exchange Program services are completely free. Linkage with some medical or mental health services may require insurance.
