Description
A free TRIO EOC program sponsored by SUNY Genesee Community College (GCC) that provides free support to aid community members in applying to, funding, and enrolling in further education. The purpose of the program is to help participants achieve their educational and career goals.

Staff are knowledgeable and skilled in the fields of high school equivalencies, higher education applications and processes, state and federal financial aid, veteran and family-of-veteran education benefits, and scholarship opportunities available at the local, state, and national levels.

Program offers individualized one-on-one appointments with highly trained Outreach Specialists who can assist with:
- College and trade school applications
- Financial aid applications and scholarship searches
- High school equivalency options
- Career counseling and vocational training options
- Educational opportunities for veterans
- Financial literacy and planning

Although sponsored by SUNY GCC, the program is separate from SUNY GCC Admissions and does not recruit on behalf of the college. Participants can and are encouraged to apply to and attend any college or school they wish.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm; flexible evening and weekend hours available by appointment.

Eligibility
High school seniors and/or adults over 18 residing in or looking to attend school in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, & Wyoming Counties.
