Description
Provides individually customized support by licensed grief professionals, acknowledging that grief affects everyone differently. Anyone is eligible to call and receive support. Supportive services include telephone support, counseling referrals, group referrals, youth support resources, resource library, and educational presentations.
As an affiliate of Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo, also provides counseling and support groups for those in the hospice bereavement program.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
Eligibility
Grieving adults and children in Western New York. Counseling and support groups are open to those in the hospice bereavement program.
