Description
A decision-making committee to determine eligibility and the appropriate level of services for preschool children aged 3-5. The CPSE is a multidisciplinary team established to conduct meetings to develop, review, and/or revise the Individual Education Program (IEP) of a student with a disability. The parent or legal guardian is included as a member of the committee.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Eligibility
Preschool children ages 3-5 who reside within the Tonawanda City School District.

Service Area: City of Tonawanda.

Intake Process
Call 716-213-4601 to make an appointment to register or write a letter indicating areas of concern with original signature; must register in person (no packets are mailed). PPS processes the above paperwork and sends parents a consent form. Once the consent form is received in PPS, the 60 day time frame begins.
