Description
A decision-making committee to determine eligibility and the appropriate level of services for preschool children aged 3-5. The CPSE is a multidisciplinary team established to conduct meetings to develop, review, or revise the Individual Education Program (IEP) of a student with a disability. The parent or legal guardian is included as a member of the committee.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-3:30pm, except holidays and school breaks (whenever schools are closed).

Eligibility
Children with special educational needs residing in the City of Buffalo, ages 3-5 years.

Intake Process
Apply by writing, walk-in, phone referral, or email referral.

Program Fees
Free.

Languages
English and Spanish; translation available for Arabic, Burmese, Karen, Nepali, and Somali via Language Line.
