Head Start, Migrant Education Programs
Description
Provides Migrant Head Start for children of agricultural workers. Learning accomplishment profiles and child activity plans are created for each child. Also offers parent involvement programs. Disability services and health services are available through a center nurse (LPN). Transportation provided with Center vehicles and with bus aids on all vehicles. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are also provided. Program is NAEYC accredited and licensed through OCFS.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm.
Eligibility
Children of agricultural workers ages 8 weeks to 6 years. Summer program accepts children up to 12 years old.
