Description
Provides wraparound services to meet the multiple, complex needs of the rural poor, with the objective of empowering people to move towards greater independence.

Services include mental health counseling, play therapy for children, social work support, financial literacy, weekend snack pack program for children, parenting support groups, health education, and employment services, including resume writing workshops and connecting job seekers with local employers and job training programs.

Household goods, appliances, and furniture are available for nominal fees through the Redistribution Center (see Hours and Program Fees below). Clients should call to inquire ahead of time. Delivery is not provided; clients must have means of transporting their furniture after purchase.

Coats for Kids program provides one coat per child starting in late October. Backpacks with school supplies are given out right before the school year starts.

Hours
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 8am-5pm; Tuesday & Thursday, 8am-7pm.

Eligibility
Serves all people in rural southern Western New York, but focuses on those who are committed to setting goals and working toward stability and self-sufficiency. Counseling services are open to all, but other services are offered based on income eligibility guidelines.

Program Fees
Bills insurance or accepts private pay for counseling services. Other services are offered free-of-charge based on income eligibility guidelines.

The Redistribution Center operates on a pay-it-forward model, asking that participants make a financial contribution, offer something to exchange, or volunteer.

Accessible parking and fully accessible building with a family restroom on site. Quiet, private spaces available for those with sensory or other needs to wait for appointments. Please call ahead for any specific requests.
