Group Residences for Adults With Disabilities
Description
Provides housing in a service-enriched, recovery-oriented setting for adults with psychiatric disabilities. Program is licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health and has a residential atmosphere with individual bedrooms (Single Residence Occupancy), inviting common areas and outdoor courtyards.
Other services include 24-hour staffing, daily living skills training, crisis management, medication management, linkages to medical and dental care and health education services, social/recreational assistance, and vocational/educational services among others.

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Eligibility
Individuals 18 years and older with a mental health diagnosis, in need of supervision.

Program Fees
Most applicants apply for SSI, Medicaid, or Public Assistance. Few are private pay.
