Homeless Permanent Supportive Housing
Description
JHA is a permanent supported housing program for homeless households containing at least one member with a disabling condition. One, two, and three bedroom units are available. On-site case management services help tenants access services and supports needed to stabilize housing and address barriers to future success.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm.
Eligibility
Individuals who meet HUD's definition of homeless and are income eligible for Section 8 housing assistance. At least one individual in the household must have a document-able disabling condition.

Anyone wishing to apply may call and request an application. Staff will mail and/or fax them as soon as they are able. Individuals/Families may present to Central Intake for intake and referral.
