Description
Provides the following services, conforming to a harm reduction model of care:
- Substance Use Counseling: Creates an action plan to support recovery and provides linkage to providers that will help achieve recovery goals.
- Narcan Overdose Reversal Training: Takes less than 10 minutes and provides a free Narcan kit.
- Syringe Service Program: Our walk-in syringe service centers and mobile syringe service program offer clean needles and injection tools, overdose prevention training, and safer injection counseling with healthcare professionals and certified peers.
- Individual & Group Support: Provides linkage to treatment and other services, along with overdose follow-up and prevention.
