Description
Connects residents of Findley Lake and the surrounding communities with services available locally and in Chautauqua County. Helps people to stay in their homes and assists with other problems.

Services include:
- RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program)
- Shopping, transportation, and errand assistance
- Free cell phones for people who financially qualify
- Health Insurance Information (HIICAP) Counseling (especially regarding Medicare)
- Legal assistance for seniors
- Medical Equipment Lending Library
- R.U.O.K. - a free service that provides automated phone calls from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office to check on the well-being of seniors
- Safe disposal of medications

Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.

Eligibility
Will try to help people of all ages, including seniors and families.

Legal Assistance: Seniors 60 and older.

Cell Phones: Call to learn about financial eligibility.

Service Area: Towns of Clymer, French Creek, Mina & Sherman; Hamlet of Findley Lake.
