Description
Provides seniors with a trusted source to contact about their personal concerns. Provides advocacy and resources for residents who live in nursing homes, assisted living, and licensed family-type homes throughout Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua, and Cattaraugus Counties.

Sometimes an extra voice is needed to address concerns. Volunteer ombudsmen will assist residents to understand and exercise their rights to promote dignity and quality of life in long-term care facilities.

Volunteer opportunities are available for those who work in professional fields and for recent retirees.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm.

Eligibility
Ages 18 years and older.

Service Area: Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, & Niagara Counties.

Intake Process
Call for information.
