Transitional Housing/Shelter

Description
Provides safe and affordable housing for women, with or without children, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Transitions staff provides case management, referrals, and support services. Residents also receive assistance from other community resources. Building is locked at all times, and has a full security system with surveillance cameras.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

Eligibility
Women who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless for any reason. The appropriateness of the program for each individual's needs is determined by an assessment.

Service Area: Chautauqua County.

Intake Process
Please call for an assessment appointment. Bring identification to appointment.

Program Fees
Per month:
- Single bed, $167
- Parent plus one, $202
- Parent plus two, $285

Languages
Spanish interpretation available.
