Developmental Disabilities Day Habilitation Programs
Description
Day habilitation for developmentally disabled individuals. Day habilitation is a compilation of supports and services, outlined in each individual's day habilitation plan, to help him or her develop and attain life goals that he or she has identified as meaningful and desirable. Staff support is provided to assist and support individuals with daily life activities, skills development, and the achievement of meaningful connections and relationships within their community.
Activities may include: volunteer opportunities, dance, drama, art, crafts, sewing and quilting, wood working, gardening, cooking and baking, exploring the community and more.
Transportation provided in Chautauqua County for most.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-3:30pm.
Eligibility
Developmentally disabled people ages 18 and older who are Medicaid eligible.

Daily rate, HCBS, Medicaid, and private pay are accepted.
Languages
Spanish interpreter available upon request.
