Public library serving the Town of Portland. Offers computer instruction, children's story hour, book club, various presentations, guest speakers, arts and crafts events, and more.
Provides a summer program which includes both in-person and virtual activities, on-the-go activity packs, concerts in the park, and family movie nights.
Registered as a safe place, a Warming Center during times of extreme cold, and a Cooling Center during times of extreme heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Warming/Cooling Center is open before going there.

Monday & Wednesday, 1pm-8pm; Tuesday & Thursday, 10am-5pm; Friday, 1pm-5pm; Saturday, 10am-1pm.
