Description
A multifaceted prenatal assistance and health education program that provides community outreach and promotes the importance of early prenatal care. Offers assistance in applying for W.I.C. (Women Infants & Children) and health insurance through the NYS Marketplace. Works to connect parents with community-based services to support pregnancy and beyond.
Offers essential information and education on fetal development, prenatal nutrition, birthing, infant nutrition, breastfeeding, labor and delivery, signs of premature labor, birth control options, the dangers of nicotine/alcohol/drug use, and HIV prevention.

Hours
By appointment; call to schedule during the hours of Monday-Wednesday, 8am-4pm; Thursday, 8am-6pm; Friday, 8am-12 noon.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must be pregnant and fall under one of the following categories:
- Have no medical insurance for yourself and/or your unborn child
- Enrolled in Medicaid Managed Care
- Covered through your parents' insurance
- Enrolled with American Indian Health
Based on information provided by the expectant mother, MOMS will assist in determining eligibility.

Call 585-344-5355 to schedule an appointment or receive a referral from your healthcare provider.
Program Fees
Fees are income-based. For most families, health insurance is free; other families have to pay a small amount.
