Art Therapy, Arts Appreciation
Description
A museum-based experiential art education program for groups of individuals with cognitive impairments or other special needs. Uses guided tours, hands-on art workshops, and discussions specifically designed to meet the needs and interests of each participating group. Focuses on providing opportunities for recreation and socialization, self-expression, and increasing sensory awareness.
Hours
Tuesday-Friday, 10am-3pm.
Eligibility
Open to groups of individuals with special needs, from kindergartners to senior citizens.

Intake Process
Fill out the Online Visit Request Form available on the website, which serves to help the museum best meet the goals and interests of the group. Feel free to attach extra notes or information about the group.
