Description
Provides public housing for low-income families, elderly, and long-term disabled. Comprised of 13 family apartments, 7 three-bedroom units, and 6 four-bedroom units. Preference given to permanent residents of Genesee County. Waiting list may apply.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
Eligibility
Low-income families, elderly individuals, and individuals with long-term disabilities. Acceptance is based on eligibility requirements; schedule of income limits available at office.
