Protects and provides health care and education that empowers individuals and families.
Services include abortion, birth control (including IUDs and implants), emergency contraception, STI testing and treatment, HIV testing, HPV vaccine, cancer screenings (including pap tests, breast exams, and mammogram referrals), wellness exams, gender affirming hormone care via Telehealth, pregnancy testing and options counseling, menopause support and symptom management, urinary tract infection (UTI) testing and treatment, vaginal infection testing and treatment, and other gynecological services including but not limited to: help with irregular periods or no periods, painful periods, painful sex, bleeding between periods, menstrual problems, and premenstrual syndrome.

Monday 12 noon-7:30pm; Wednesday 8am-4pm; Friday, 9am-1:30pm.

Intake Process
Specially trained staff and medical equipment are available for people with physical disabilities. Childcare services not provided.
Program Fees
Medicaid and most insurances accepted; if uninsured, may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. For a list of documents needed please contact the health center; fees for services are based on household income. Bring proof of income to visit. The following forms of payment are accepted: cash, checks, major credit/debit cards, and money orders; payment is expected at time of service; payment plans are available for many services.
