Offers outpatient programs and services that provide education, resources, guidance, and encouragement to help patients regain their health and successfully manage their conditions.
Programs include:
- Medical Nutrition Therapy
- Childbirth Education Classes
- Healthy Living with Diabetes, including Diabetes Prevention Program and Counseling (see separate listing)
- MOMS Batavia (see separate listing)
- IBCLC Support for Breastfeeding Moms and Baby Cafe (see separate listing)

- Cancer Support Group (see separate listing)
Telephone and video appointments available for clients who prefer, need, or request remote service.

Call to schedule an appointment; bring insurance information and photo ID.

Accepts third party insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. Program fees vary; call for more information.
