Monday-Thursday, 8am-8pm; Friday, 8am-5pm.

Call to schedule an appointment or walk in.
Program Fees
Accepts private health insurance and managed care plans, public health insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, Child Health Plus), cash, check, or credit/debit card. Sliding fee scale available. Will provide assistance with enrolling in health insurance coverage.
