Description
Provides residential and rehabilitation services to people with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). Operates under the auspices of the NYS Office of Mental Health. Provides three levels of care: Supervised (24 hours per day in a group home setting), Treatment Apartment living, and Supported Housing. Assists residents in developing life management skills and directs clients in achieving more independence.
Provides Affordable Housing in Dunkirk, South Dayton, and Olean for low income, disabled persons to rent safe, quality housing. Housing is based on income and does not provide services. For more information, call 716-366-7400.

Client must have a primary diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness.
