Description
Offers support and counseling to anyone who has experienced a recent loss, regardless of any prior affiliation with Hospice of Orleans. Specially trained bereavement counselors offer support for thirteen months after a loss, or as long as needed. The service also includes personal visits, phone calls, and emails for continuous support.
In addition to personalized one-on-one grief counseling, Hospice of Orleans also promotes a face-to-face social support group to give those who have experienced a loss the opportunity to lean on each other for comfort during a shared experience.

Thursday at 6:30pm.
Eligibility
Those who have experienced a loss regardless of any prior affiliation with Hospice of Orleans; children and teens who have suffered a loss are also welcome.
