Description
Provides internal medicine for adults. Additional specialties and services available include podiatry, dermatology, social work to assist with non-medical issues, on-site blood draw, and other laboratory specimen collection on-site.

Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm; Friday, 8:30am-3pm. Closed for lunch daily, 12 noon-1pm.

Adults, ages 18 and over.

Call for appointment. Currently accepting new patients.
Program Fees
Accepts all insurance including Medicaid and Medicare. Sliding scale fee available for low income patients. Facilitated enrollment available to help patients enroll in Medicaid, Family Health Plus, or Charity Care.
Languages
Multi-lingual physicians fluent in English, American Sign Language, Arabic, French, Hungarian, Polish, Punjabi, Spanish, and Russian.
