Description
Affordable birth control services for women and men. Offers medical, counseling, and educational services, pregnancy testing, preventative health screening, birth control information, and supplies. Sexually transmitted disease treatment and testing available for males and females. Confidential HIV testing, counseling, and referrals offered. Emergency contraceptive pill available. Also offers educational programs in human sexuality and parenthood.

The Family Planning Benefits Program (FPBP) is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals and families who need family planning services. It requires no premiums or co-pays for services. Kaleida Health Family Planning Program is intended to increase access to confidential family planning services and to enable individuals of any age and sex to prevent or reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancies. Teenagers can be seen without parental consent, though they are encouraged to talk to their parents about their decision to use a birth control method.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm; Thursday, 11am-7pm.

Program Fees
Sliding scale fee based on income and dependents. Sliding scale for teenagers is based on their income, unless they have insurance that they can use. Medicaid and most insurance accepted. Family Planning Benefit program application done on-site.

Languages
Provides free language assistance services, including interpreters and translated materials, to ensure effective communication with patients who have limited English proficiency or are deaf or hard of hearing.
