Description
BPS Adult Education is the premier education and workforce skills training provider in Western New York for adult learners; offering High School Equivalency classes, GED Testing, English as a Second Language (ESL), Career & Technical Education (CTE) and Community Education (CE).

Classes are offered mornings, afternoons, and evenings with classrooms conveniently located throughout the City of Buffalo. Online Distance Education options are available for those who qualify.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3pm and 5:30pm-8pm.

Eligibility
All Western New York adult residents are welcome to enroll. For GED and English classes, students must be 16 or older. For career & technical courses and community education, students must be 18 or older.

Intake Process
For GED classes, call 716-888-7088 ext. 100 to schedule Orientation.

For English classes, call 716-816-3369

For Career & Technical Education (CTE) and Community Education (CE), call 716-816-3395

Walk-ins are welcome at 389 Virginia for Orientation

Program Fees
GED and English classes are free.

All other courses and programs are fee-based. Financial aid may be available for those who qualify.
