Description
Provides comprehensive outpatient managed mental health services which includes treatment, rehabilitation, peer run groups, health education, service coordination, daily activities skills teaching, relapse prevention, money management and entitlement assistance, educational assistance, peer support, self help, and crisis intervention. Vocational services can provide a path to recovering a life role as a worker.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm.

Eligibility
Adults 18 years and over in need of outpatient mental health services.

Service Area: Erie County.

Intake Process
Call for an appointment. Rapid access walk-in appointments are available.

Program Fees
Sliding fee, 3rd party medical insurance.
