Description
A 24-hour state-operated supervised transitional community residence with 14 beds that offers support and skills training to individuals recovering from serious mental illness who are preparing for independent living.
Hours
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older with a mental illness diagnosis. Accepts both male and female residents.
Service Area: Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, & Niagara Counties.
