Description
Offers programs designed to help individuals achieve healthier lifestyles, including fitness/exercise, nutrition counseling, stress management, spiritual health, smoking cessation, and self-help. Monthly special events focus on variety of health issues. Must have a diagnosis of a mental illness to be eligible for services.

Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm; Tuesday, 8am-6:45pm; Friday, 8am-12 noon.
Onsite fitness and wellness programs are offered in the morning, while community activities take place in the afternoon on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older with a diagnosed mental illness and in need of mental health services.

Bring in referral form on Wednesdays, 1pm-3pm.
