Health Insurance Information/Counseling
Description
Provides information, counseling, and assistance with the most up-to-date information about Medicare, Medicare Supplemental Plans, Managed Care Plans (HMO, PPO, PEES, MSA), Premium Rates, Medicaid, Prescription Coverage, and Long-Term Care Insurance. Helps people make educated decisions regarding insurance options by providing unbiased, up-to-date, personalized information. Helps uninsured/under-insured persons.
Also provides confidential help with health insurance problems, including billing, filing appeals, referrals to appropriate agencies including legal assistance, and one-on-one counseling by appointment.
Group presentation available. Provides training for professionals and caregivers.
