Description
Provides crisis intervention and support for victims of family violence, elder abuse, rape, and sexual assault. Offers safe, confidential services including counseling, safety-planning, court advocacy, and referrals. Also provides comprehensive domestic violence, sexual assault, teen dating violence, elder abuse, and bullying prevention programs available for schools, community groups, women's groups, scouting troops, and other interested groups.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Eligibility
Open to victims of domestic violence in jurisdictions covered by the Erie County Sheriff's Office.

Service Area: Erie County.

Intake Process
An advocate is automatically assigned to any law enforcement call involving a domestic incident. An individual can also call the office or request an advocate from any law enforcement officer.

Free.

English, Seneca, and Spanish.

Accessibility
Main office building, all court buildings, and satellite offices are handicap accessible. Advocates are available to meet with clients at a safe location, including satellite offices throughout the County, if they are unable to meet in the main office building.
