Description
Works to enable low income persons to meet health costs. Medicaid is the state and federally funded health insurance program designed to assist low income individuals and families obtain medical care for themselves and their children. The Medicaid Program in Erie County provides access to a variety of public health insurance programs including Medicaid, Family Health Plus (FHP), Family Planning Benefits Program, and the Medicare Savings Program.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Eligibility
Medicaid: All persons meeting eligibility based on income and family size.

Medicaid Managed Care: All Medicaid eligible individuals unless they are determined to be exempt or excluded.

Service Area: Erie County.
