Description
Provides primary care and emergency services for veterans.
Inpatient and outpatient treatment includes evaluation, treatment, medical, surgical, psychiatry, neurology and rehabilitation medicine. A full range of health screenings, health education resources, and prevention programs (weight, smoking cessation) are available.
Services for women veterans include GYN services, PAP smears, mammograms, and programs for domestic violence and sexual trauma.
Other services include:
- Post-traumatic stress disorder treatment
- HIV/AIDS treatment.
- Outpatient pharmacy.
- Alcohol and drug dependence day treatment
- Nursing home care services and adult day health care
- Benefits advocacy
