Description
Responsible for maintaining all records of the Village of Youngstown. Maintains records of minutes of all board meetings. Collects all taxes and assessments and pays all claims. Issues handicapped parking tags for residents. Issues death certificates.
Hours
Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm; Friday, 8am-3:30pm.

Residents and property owners of the Village of Youngstown.
