Description
A two-year (or longer) program that builds moral leadership skills and self-esteem while providing Aerospace Education. Cadets stay in the program until age 21, starting as Airman Basic and building up to Second Lieutenant. After completion of the program, participants can enter the Air Force or attend the Air Force Academy. Program is useful for building a college resume and gaining work experience. Also provides physical training/fitness, the opportunity to learn to fly an airplane, encampment training, drills, community events, model rocketry, bivouacs, and character development.

In addition to young men and women looking to become cadets, program is open to adults older than 21 interested in becoming seniors, who will mentor cadets and other adults in the Civil Air Patrol.

Hours
Every Thursday, 6pm-9pm.

Eligibility
Cadets must be ages 12-21. Seniors are ages 21 and over. Seniors must be fingerprinted. Both cadets and seniors must provide social security card and birth certificate.
