Description
A dual campus Healthcare System with medical centers located in Buffalo and Batavia as well as seven Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) working together to offer services to Veterans in Western New York.

Eligibility
Must have served in the active military, naval, or air service and separated under any condition other than dishonorable. Current and former members of the Reserves or National Guard who were called to active duty (other than for training only) by a federal order and completed the full period for which they were called or ordered to active duty may be eligible for VA health care as well.

Intake Process
To enroll in VA health care and become patient, complete an Application for Health Care Benefits. It can be submitted online, brought to a Medical Center, or printed and mailed to:
