Description
Assists local communities and community organizations as a partner in determining the need for youth services and securing funding for youth development, delinquency prevention programs, and special delinquency programs. Provides oversight for regional foster care, adoption, and Child Protective Services (CPS).
Also provides oversight for Adult Protective Services (APS), other adult services provided through the local departments of social services, and local operations to Family-Type Homes for Adults.
