Description
Support group for heart disease patients and people interested in heart disease. Offers telephone and internet support, educational meetings with speakers, various mailings, and a newsletter to help provide support for people with heart disease and their families. Volunteers visit heart patients in WNY hospitals before and after surgery.
Affiliated with the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and has a working relationship with the American Heart Association.

Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm; group meets the 2nd Saturday of each month.
