Description
Responsible for maintaining all records for the Town of Grand Island. Maintains records of minutes of all board meetings. Collects all taxes and assessments and pays all claims. Collects water and sewer rents. Issues sporting, marriage, and dog licenses. Issues handicapped parking tags and EZ Passes for residents. Issues birth and death certificates and acts as a passport agent. Provides town licenses and permits mandated by Local Law for such things as building, site plans, public improvement, hawkers/peddlers, and special use.

The Town Clerk and Deputy Town Clerks are Notary Publics. Proper identification must be submitted and documents must be signed in their presence. Notary Public services are free.

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
