Responsible for maintaining all records of the Town of Elma; maintains records of minutes of all board meetings; collects all taxes and assessments and pays all claims; issues sporting, marriage, and dog licenses; issues handicapped parking tags for residents; issues birth and death certificates.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
