Description
Provides inpatient, outpatient, and residential services - including rehabilitation, psychiatric, vocational, wellness, and self-help services - to adults 18 and older who have serious mental illnesses. Inpatient bed capacity of 188, serves patients on eight units.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Inpatient Services: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Eligibility
Adults 18 and older in need of intermediate level of treatment for serious mental illness.

Service Area: Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, & Niagara Counties.

Intake Process
Inpatient referrals are accepted from general hospitals in the service area (see eligibility). Requests for outpatient services can be made by contacting Central Intake at 716-816-2218.

Program Fees
Sliding scale based on ability to pay.

Languages
Interpretation and translation services provided.
