Description
Invests in a network of community-based organizations and programs to enrich and complement the lives of Buffalo residents, particularly city youth and city seniors. Provides and funds a wide range of high quality recreation and leisure opportunities to meet the social, economic, and physical needs of youth and seniors.

Department objectives include community development, workforce development, and the provision of literacy services, youth services, family support, and senior services.
