Issues sporting, dog, and marriage licenses.
Collects town and county taxes in January, February, and March.
Issues handicapped parking tags for residents of the Town of Arcade. A DMV form (MX-664.1) must be completed by the applicant's physician and a copy of the applicant's driver's license will be needed to issue the tag.
Services pertaining to property tax assessments are handled by the town tax assessor, James Kirsch, who can be reached at 585-689-9533.
Services pertaining to zoning and building permits are handled by Don Roberts in Warsaw (see separate listing for Wyoming County - Fire & Building Codes). His office can be reached at 585-786-8820.
This office does not have anything to do with the Town Court. Calls pertaining to court matters should be made to the Arcade Town/Village Justice Court at 585-492-4479.

Monday & Thursday, 11am-4pm; Tuesday, 2pm-6pm; Wednesday 9am-2:30pm.

Residents of the Town of Arcade.
Intake Process
Walk in for all services except marriage licenses, which are by appointment only.
Marriage license appointments will take about 45 minutes, and will require the following:
- Picture ID
- Original birth certificates (or certified transcript) with parents' names on it. Ordinary photocopies will NOT be accepted.
- If original birth certificate is from another country and not in English, a certified translation of said birth certificate is also required.
- Certified copy of all divorce papers if previous marriage(s) ended in divorce.
- Certified death certificate if previous marriage ended as a result of spouse’s death.
- Original Social Security Card

Vary depending on service. Payment accepted by cash or check only; no credit or debit cards accepted.
